By raising $300,000 through our Series B Preferred Stock offering, we aim to identify and invest up to $70,000 in an innovative real estate project that demonstrates potential for high returns while being insulated from market forces. Our next proof-of-concept real estate project will be our "closed sales system" to be used in Detroit. It consists of three related companies: a flip company, a buy-and-hold company, and an internal hard money lending company that only lends to our companies. Through the use of these three inter-related companies, we insultate our real estate deals from external market forces, thereby further reducing risk associated with our real estate deals. This will allow us scale quickly to using modular-built homes, 3D printed homes, and container homes.
